Hiring A Salon Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations for commission stylists
Manage salon systems, inventory, backbar, and scheduling
Oversee front desk communications and client experience
Supervise and coordinate salon assistants
Support with onboarding, internal systems, and team communications
Maintain cleanliness and workflow standards across the salon
Collaborate with the owner on goals and salon performance
Participate in regular team meetings and planning sessions
Schedule
40 hours per week
Blend of in-salon and remote administrative work
Must be available during core business hours
Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary: $70,000
Hourly Equivalent: Approximately $33.65/hour
Paid Sick Time: 40 hours per year
Paid Vacation: 5 days per year

This position requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both on-site and remotely.

The Support Team members are detail-oriented professionals with excellent communication skills. They expertly manage appointments, oversee stylist schedules, enforce salon protocols, and ensure smooth operation by following established systems.
