I love The Harbor Salon! I came for a cut and color after being recommended to go here by two different friends. I joked to one of them that Harbor is "heaven on Earth" because of the good vibes, tea and drinks, and wonderful women who work at the salon. Loved my stylists and will be back for more. Thank you
