Cancellations

Color, Chemical and Extension Appointments : 72 hour Cancellation Policy

You may change or cancel your appointment by either speaking with us on the phone or emailing us 72hrs prior to your appointment time. Leaving a voice message will not qualify as a valid cancelation request, please email us as a notice of your request. Cancelations or changes made less than 72 hrs in advance will be charged 50% of the service fee. This policy is in place as color appointments require an extensive amount of time reserved on our stylists schedules and may not be filled upon late cancellations. If you do not arrive to your appointment you will be charge 100% of your appointment fee. If you cancel your appointment day of, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.

Haircut Appointments : 48 hour Cancellation Policy

You may change or cancel your haircut appointment by either speaking with us on the phone or emailing us 48hrs prior to your appointment time. Leaving a voice message will not qualify as a valid cancelation request, please email us as a notice of your request. Cancelations or changes made less than 48 hrs in advance will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you do not arrive to your appointment you will be charge 100% of your appointment fee. If you cancel your appointment day of, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.

No Show and Day of Charge

If you do not arrive to your appointment you will be charge 100% of your appointment fee.

If you cancel your appointment day of, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.

All appointments that are scheduled qualify for the cancellation fee.


Late Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you can check in and we can assist you in being ready for your service. 

We know that unexpected things happen, if you’re running late please notify us by calling or texting the salon by replying to your confirmation text. If you arrive more than 15 min past your appointment time, this may result in adjusting your appointment to a shorter service, in this case your service total will reflect the full amount of the appointment you have scheduled. If you arrive more than 15 min past your scheduled appointment, this could also result in the need to reschedule your service for a later date, in this case you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.



Adjustments

All compensated services for any adjustments must be done within 1 week of your original appointment.
