Whether you are a new guest with us or you have been a client of ours and waited a whole pandemic to come back in, you will want to tune in for this! It's our mission to create a wonderful salon experience for you. From the moment you reach out to make your appointment we’re considering how we can make the connection to your next hair service a truly lovely one.
When you schedule with us, you're taken by the (virtual) hand as we help you determine the best service to schedule partnered with a stylist who specializes in your ultimate hair goals.
You may be asked to send us a photo of your current hair along with your inspiration photo through our texting platform as we provide you with details on service information specially for you!
We can text you to coordinate appointment times and services options, or if you prefer to hear a friendly voice on the other end we’re here to talk Monday - Saturday by phone and give you live updates on when we can have you in.
At the time of booking, you’ll receive text and email confirmations for your appointment day and time. In addition, the morning of your appointment you'll get a text reminder of our safety protocol during the duration of your appointment.
We highly recommend that you strategize your day to visit some of our wonderful neighbors before or after your appointment.

We’re lucky enough to sit between two local businesses that never disappoint, Maury’s Bagels and Appetizing + Psychic Wine. You can delight in an east coast bagel made from scratch with plain schemar or build a fancy sandwich, don't forget to add a cold brew coffee or Olli Pop from Maury’s. They close in the afternoon, so be prepared to visit before 2pm. While you’re on the block, pick up a bottle of natural wine. Their expertise at Psychic Wine will have you walking away with a full story to go along with your new hair and cute bottle.
Appointment Time
You’ll receive a text to come into the salon when your station is sanitized and ready for you. Our support team will get you checked in with a no touch thermometer and have hand sanitizer readily available for you. We will then escort you to your chair where you can kick back and relax.
We are happy to serve you still or sparkling water for you to enjoy with a straw under your mask and we offer a variety of hot teas. Our most popular is the Turmeric Bliss and it's incredibly relaxing to have while you're sitting still and being pampered. On the other hand, if you need to plug in your earbuds and work on your computer during your appointment, we have free wi-fi and you're welcome to do your thing!

With our spacious stations and laid-back vibe, we want you to make our space your salon home and let our incredible stylists take care of your hair.
Before we get started with your service, our stylists are going to spend time consulting with you and get a clear understanding of what you’re looking to achieve. We’re never going to rush this process, making sure we hear you fully and answer any questions you may have.
It's their mission to learn about how you work with your hair at home and consult with you on how to get the most out of your fresh hair from your styling routine to your hair care.
We love finding solutions and solving problems with our favorite products.
During your appointment, go ahead and snap a pic because our salon views are pretty inspiring and insta worthy - if we do say so ourselves.
Now when your hair is fresh, we want you to really take it in! We actually created a custom and private photo booth for this very worthy cause. So please, take as many photos as you can and don't hesitate to bring a wardrobe change with you just for dramatic effect.
Your photobooth pictures will be sent to your email. Go ahead and update all your profile pics because the lighting is unmatched! And we would love nothing more than for you to post it and tag us in it, seriously it makes our day to see you loving your hair and yourself.
